Gagan Chinnappa, who played the role of 'Rama' in the show, which enthralled the audience with the last five episodes of the suspense thriller genre, has made a name for himself with his performance.

On the day the serial ended, Gagan broke down in tears on the sets of the film. Gagan also spoke about the popularity he gained from the role.

"I met Darshan sir when I was going to school. His mother used to get butterfruit from our garden. We have a lot of interaction with his family," he said.

"The parrot was trying to bite me. Even now, if you call, you talk for 15 minutes. He is a big fan of mine and talks about me as his son."
