A new experiment by the Upendra-Naganna duo has quietly begun!

Real Star Upendra is all set to write another chapter in Kannada cinema. Uppi, who has been busy with films in other languages, has now joined hands with his 'Lucky Director' Naganna to start shooting for a new Kannada film titled 'Bhargava'. Titled 'The Reluctant Family Man', the film is a mix of mass and family sentiment. Noted director Naganna – the great duo who gave films like 'Gokarna', 'Gowramma', 'Kudumbam' and 'Dubai Babu' with Upendra – is now back on the silver screen with a 'original' film.
The shooting of the film will commence from June 23 after a quiet muhurat at the Somanateshwara Temple in Halasuru. A huge set has been erected at Kanteerava Studios and the film will be shot in Mangaluru and other places. Ankita Amar is playing the female lead opposite Upendra in the film. Talented artists like Rangayana Raghu, Avinash are also involved and the expectations from the film are even higher.
Rajaratnam has cranked the camera and Arjun Janya has composed the music and the technical level of the film is also expected to be elevated. The team that worked on 'Vishnuvardhan' and 'Kotigobba 2' will also bring this film to life. Real Star + Lucky Director = Bhargava Effect! It's not a remake – it's a new story, a new experiment. Through 'Bhargava', it will be an attempt to inspire Kannadigas in mass, class and screen.
