Ranjani Raghavan silences trolls by saying she gave Kamal Haasan a Kannada book

Ranjani Raghavan, who became a household name with the serial 'Kannadathi', recently faced a lot of flak on social media over the "Kannada book" she gave to actor Kamal Haasan. In one of the photos shared by him, Kamal Haasan was seen handing over a Kannada book to him. Some have been questioned and many have come out with different meanings.
"I gave this book to Kamal sir when I met him three months ago. Now that I have shared the photo, i had my style of opposition to his anti-Kannada remarks." When Ranjani met Kamal Haasan with the team of her new film 'DD Dhikki', she also expressed her appreciation after hearing about the subject of the film. Since the Kannada book was given in the supporting role, there was a plan to use it during the teaser release. However, he has now said that he is reluctant to release the teaser of the film.
According to him, the reason for sharing the photo now means "insult to Kannada language". In a sharp reference to Kannada not being derived from Tamil, Ranjani said, "My love and affection for Kannada is for Kannada. Though every language has respect, no one should talk about Kannada like this," he said. Bahujans feel that this is not just an incident of giving a book, it is a natural response to linguistic self-respect.
