Indian Army conducts surgical strike on Pakistani terrorists – Bollywood praises

The Indian Army carried out a successful surgical strike on terror camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) at around 3 am on May 7. The attack has been named 'Operation Sindhur'. At least 17 militants were reportedly killed and more than 60 injured. The attack was in retaliation to the recent terror attack in Kashmir's Pahalgam in which 26 tourists were killed. The attack was officially confirmed by the Indian Ministry of Security. The attack has been hailed across the country and Bollywood actors have also praised the army. Many, including actor Riteish Deshmukh, shared their opinion through tweets saying 'Jai Hind'. The attack is expected to weaken the militancy-based forces. More information is likely to be available soon.
