Speaking to the media, he said, "The only answer to the heinous act of killing innocents is revenge. This is not the time to show sentiment to terrorists. You have to hit, cut, piece and throw away," he said. "Those who do not know the value of the lives of our people should be taught a lesson of corpses. War is the solution. We have to fight if we have to survive," he said. Expressing faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Prem said, "Our people are nothing less. They kill the terrorists. I'm waiting," he said. On April 22, 26 people, including a foreign tourist, were killed in a deadly attack in Kashmir's Pahalgam. There is strong condemnation against terrorists everywhere.
