"We will rebuild our lives" - Sapna's first reaction after filing a complaint against her husband

Kannada actor Ajay Rao's wife Sapna has filed a case under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act against him. This is the first time since the complaint was filed in the magistrate's court that Sapna shared her reaction on social media.

Sapna shared an emotional message on Instagram. She wrote – "My first responsibility as a mother is for my daughter's safety, honour and her future. Every day, I am instilling courage and facing challenges. I ask for your prayers for my daughter and I to rebuild our lives, to rebuild our married life. This matter is only related to our personal and married life and there should be no interference from outsiders."

At the end of the post, she mentioned her name as 'Sapna Ajay Rao' and indirectly clarified that she had no intention of divorce. Actor Ajay Rao has also reacted on the same issue. He said, "Respect the privacy of our family at this sensitive time. Avoid sharing or spreading any news related to personal matters. Every family has challenges. Please help keep it private."

Ajay Rao and Sapna got married in December 2014. They have a daughter named Charishma. Sapna is an employee in the IT sector. Sapna has not been seen at any film events so far. That is why this case has come as a surprise to everyone. At present, only a complaint has been filed and it is learnt that there is no intention of divorce. However, it remains to be seen how the developments in the case go. Fans and cinephiles are hoping that the couple's family life improves.
