Actor Upendra along with his family visited Mantralaya

Sandalwood actor Upendra and veteran actress Tara are on a spiritual journey with their families. Recently, he visited The Raya's Nadu Mantralaya and had darshan of Guru Raghavendra Swamy. Upendra's wife and former actress Priyanka had come to the mutt along with Upendra and children. On this occasion, he participated in a special puja and fulfilled the vows of the family. After the puja, Upendra's family participated in the silver Gajavahanotsava and pulled the chariot. Immersed in the spirit of devotion, the family has shared their unique spiritual experience with the people. Apart from Upendra, veteran actress Tara and her husband Venu also visited the mutt along with their families and offered special pujas. After having darshan of Manchalamma Devi and Sri Raghavendra Swamy in Brindhavana, Mutt Seer Sri Subudhendra Theertha Swamiji blessed the two families. As a mark of respect, he was honoured with fruits and sheshvastras. Upendra now has several films in his kitty: '45', 'Bhargava', 'Coolie' with Thalaivaa and many more are in the shooting stage. Apart from politics, he is also active in his film career.
