Written and directed by Rakshit Thirthahalli, the trailer of Adarsh Iyengar's production "Thimmana Mottagalu" was released recently. Senior director P Seshadri, MLC Bhojegowda, urologist Gowri Shankar, Press Club of Council president Shivakumar Nagaranavile and senior director Kodlu Ramakrishna were among those who released the trailer and wished the team. Later, the guests and members of the crew spoke.

Speaking at the trailer launch, veteran director P Seshadri said, "I have seen the film at the Kolkata International Film Festival. The director has chosen a plot that suits the current situation. The film has come out well. Now, 360 films are being released in a year at the rate of one film a day. Therefore, the number of people coming to the theatres has come down. The release number of the film should be reduced. Then people will come to the theatres to watch such good films," he said

Adarsh Iyengar is bankrolling the debut production under the banner of Sri Krishna Productions. "Thimmana Mottagalu" is a story selected from the collection of stories "Kaadu Nattaru" written by me. The main story of the film is about the king cobra, which is mostly found in the forests of the Western Ghats, and animals are as bonded as humans. I have tried to put such ideas before the people. The producers also recently hosted a premiere show in Dallas, USA. The people there have liked the film very much. Our film, which has also been screened at renowned international film festivals, is releasing on June 27. Director Rakshit Thirthahalli said that everyone should see and encourage them.

The director has chosen a plot that deals with the nuances between nature and man. My role is also good," said veteran actor Suchendra Prasad. Keshav Guttalike, who plays the role of Thimma, also spoke about his role. Ashika Somashekar, Pragathi Prabhu, Raghu Ramanakoppa and music director Hemanth Joish were present at the press meet.
