Kannada cinema's most stylish hero Darshan's much-awaited film 'The Devil' is currently in the final stages of shooting. Rachana Rai is playing the female lead along with Darshan in the film. However, after a gap of 17 years, popular Kannada actress Sharmila Mandre is teaming up with Darshan.
This is a special role and Sharmila is not giving full details about her role. "The news circulating about my character is almost false. Once the film is released, you will know the truth," Sharmila told the media.
The reunion of Darshan and Sharmila after 'Navagraha' has brought special joy to the senior fans. Sharmila said, "I am a big fan of Milana Prakash. It was my dream to work with him – it has come true in this film."
Currently, Sharmila is not only acting but also in the production industry. He is producing Kannada films 'Dasara' and Tamil film 'Kadhal Konjam Thuktala'. From now on, he wants to make more films in Kannada.
The teaser of 'The Devil' will also be released soon and the dubbing works and the last shooting works are going on in full swing. The release date is expected to be announced soon by the team.
