An FIR has been registered against sandalwood producer Soorappa Babu at Amruthahalli police station in Bengaluru. Babu, who has given hit films like Kotigobba 2, Kotigobba 3 and Prithvi, had taken money from a woman he met in 2023 in the name of the film and later did not return the money.
In her complaint, she alleged that Shivarajkumar had taken Rs 92 lakh in a phased manner on the pretext that she was doing a film with Ganesh. received. However, the woman came to know that no film project was going on with Babu and alleged that she was partially refunded (Rs 25 lakh) when she demanded money and was threatened when she asked for the rest of the money.
The police have launched an investigation and the case has become more interesting.
