Bad post about Appu-Shivanna-Sudeep? Fake account in the name of actor S. Narayan creates a ruckus!

Veteran actor and director S. Narayan has lodged a complaint with the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner about a fake social media account created in his name. Narayan alleged that the account had posted derogatory posts about Puneeth Rajkumar, Shivarajkumar, Yuvaraj Kumar and Sudeep among others.

"This account is not mine. They have been running it for about five to six months. I came to know about Idar recently. I lodged a complaint with the police after the instructions of my friends," Narayan said.

Expressing concern that such acts in his name have hurt the peace of the society and the dignity of Kannadigas, Narayan said that such misdeeds damage the dignity of the film industry. "There may be a healthy debate among fans, but it is regrettable that blame games are being played on the basis of such fake information," he said.

On this occasion, Narayan clarified that he was not targeted by fans of any artiste. But strict action is needed to control such fake accounts.
