Director Ramachandrappa said, "This is my 24th film. The film has a message to protect the monument and inculcate a sense of history," he said. Heroine Ranjani Raghavan said, "Having played the roles of a queen and a teacher in the film, it was a learning experience for me." Producer A.M. Babu said, "This is our first production film. We will continue to make good films," he said. Members of the crew were present at the function.
