Several admissions from Manu amid sexual assault allegations – a new twist in the case?

The case has been in the news for a long time after a co-star accused 'Comedy Khiladi' fame Madenuru Manu of sexual harassment. After the actor was arrested and interrogated by the police, Manu reportedly confessed to certain facts.
During interrogation, Manu said, "I have known the victim for five-six years. It is true that we were in a relationship. But I'm not married, I'm not married. I helped her find a home. I was with her when I mentioned in the complaint. But there was no forced sexual assault," he said.

Manu admitted another point and said, "I was married. The victim was also aware of this. My family also knew me. The victim had recorded some photos and statements with me in the form of videos. She made sure that it didn't bother the filmmakers."

No obscene video or photo has been found in the police investigation as of now. No such thing was found in the WhatsApp chats of the two. However, if any new information is found from the mobile data recovery, Manu is likely to be questioned again through a body warrant. Manu is currently lodged in Parappana Agrahara jail.
