Darshan and gang to face jail again on January 24: SC to hear plea on January 24 By Pti . The Supreme Court will hear the bail plea of Darshan and his gang, an accused in the Renukaswamy murder case, on January 24. Darshan, Pavithra Gowda, Nagaraju and other accused had obtained bail from the high court. However, the Bengaluru police approached the Supreme Court to cancel the bail. If the bail is cancelled, Darshan and others will have to go back to jail. Earlier, Darshan was arrested on June 11, and was in jail for several months. Now, the Supreme Court's verdict will decide their future.
