Rocking Star Yash as Ravana in Ramayana – Shooting begins Rocking Star Yash is all set to play the role of Ravana in the epic 'Ramayana'. The shooting of 'Ramayan Part 1' began on April 30 in Mumbai and Yash will be seen in the first scene. Yash has prepared for the role of Ravana behind the scenes and has not only acted but also co-produced it. Before the shooting, he visited the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain and offered special prayers. Sai Pallavi (Sita), Ranbir Kapoor (Ram) and Sunny Deol (Hanuman) will also join the cast. Yash's other multilingual film 'Toxic' is all set to release on January 19 next year. The film will be released in several languages including Kannada and English.
