'Ramayana' first look power - ₹1,000 crore profit for the production company!


After the release of the first look of Ranbir Kapoor and Yash starrer 'Ramayana', the share price of Prime Focus Studios has soared. After this first look, which was released on July 3, the shares rose to ₹113.47 → ₹149.69 (June 25–July 1) and then ₹176 (July 3) in a few days, taking the company's market value to around ₹4,638 crore → ₹5,641 crore, up over Rs 1,000 crore.
Apart from the first look, Ranbir Kapoor himself has invested ₹20 crore in Prime Focus. He is an investor in the company by buying 1.25 million shares.
The first look has given huge market power to Prime Focus, which has benefited a lot not only for the production house but also for the shareholders. The rs 1,000 crore market value rise instrument is higher than expected. The rise in shares and the investment of Ranbir's team has also illuminated the finance individuality of the proposal of 'Ramayana'.
