The first 3-minute glimpses of popular director Anitesh Tiwari's directorial 'Ramayan' were released on July 3 and have been rejected by citizens. Here Ranbir Kapoor, Gayatri Rama, Yash Ravana, Sai Pallavi, Sita all get their first introduction and are relevant with the grand VFX.
The budget of the world-class production film is reported to be ₹835 crore (about $100 million), making it the most expensive film in India with Hans Zimmer-R. Rahman's music, global VFX, MadMax's stunt coordinator have all generated tremendous excitement.
India's epic, 'Their Truth, Our History' teaser concludes with the caption, "Ten years of aspiration... The message "Rama v/s Ravana" has been received in 9 cities across the country to celebrate the release of these glimps: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.
The hashtag #RAVANARAGEBEGINS fan response is already trending and the aspirations of Yash fans are high. Kattina VFX, huge film making 'Hollywood level' is a unique appreciation from fans. The film is produced in two parts: the first part will be released on Diwali 2026 and the second part will be released on Diwali 2027.
