Pushpa 2 ticket prices hiked, fans upset Allu Arjun's much-awaited film Pushpa 2 is all set to hit the screens in December this year. However, the talk of a huge hike in ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has caused resentment among fans. While there are reports that the ticket prices in multiplexes may go up by more than Rs 700, the ticket prices in single screens have been fixed at Rs 350-450. In some high-end multiplexes in Bengaluru, tickets can go up to Rs 2,000. Since the cost of production of the film is around Rs 500 crore, the ticket prices have been increased to withdraw the investment. However, this has led to the displeasure of the fans. Earlier, tickets for 'RRR' and 'Kalki 2898 AD' were also hiked. In this context, the Film Chamber of Commerce has requested the government to take steps to regulate ticket prices in Karnataka. As 'Pushpa 2' nears its release, the curiosity of the film lovers is increasing day by day.
