'Pushpa 2' is ruining the youth Telangana Minister Allu Arjun starrer 'Pushpa 2' has been a huge hit at the box office but has come under negative scrutiny from political leaders in Telangana. Telangana Cinematography Minister Komati Venkat Reddy has lashed out at the film. A compensation of Rs 25 lakh will be given to the family of the woman who died at Sandhya Theatre. While distributing the cheque, he said, "I watched 'Pushpa 2'. I have decided not to watch such films anymore. This film will have a bad impact on the youth," the minister said. After the stampede-induced incidents and the arrest of Allu Arjun, 'Pushpa 2' is being analysed from a political point of view. Expressing deep anguish over the incidents, Allu Arjun said, "We have respect for the government, no hatred for politics." Despite the success of the film, political controversies have given a new lease of life to 'Pushpa 2'.
