Malayalam hit film 'Marco' to be released in Kannada

Unni Mukundan starrer 'Marco' is all set to hit the screens in Kannada on January 31. The film, which created a new wave in Malayalam cinema, was a hit in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film, which has grossed over Rs 100 crore, is in huge demand for OTT rights. Though the film has been controversial due to its high number of violent scenes, it has received a mixed response from the audience. Directed by Haneef Adani and produced by Sharif Mohammed, Ravi Basrur's music adds more shine to the film. It will be interesting to see what kind of reception 'Marco', which is now being released in Kannada, will get from the Sandalwood audience.
