Lawyer explains bail aspects to Pavithra Gowda

The Karnataka High Court has granted conditional bail to Pavithra Gowda, the A1 accused in the Renuka Swamy murder case. Pavithra Gowda, who has been lodged in Parappana Agrahara jail for the past six months, is now ready for release. Pavithra was represented by senior advocate Sebastian. The counsel argued that Pavithra Gowda had no direct role in the case and had not assisted in the kidnapping or murder act. Considering these, the court granted him bail," shilpa said. Pavithra's mother is happy to accept that her daughter has been granted bail. The details of the bail conditions are expected to be clear from the court order. Pavithra Gowda is likely to be released from jail on Monday.
