Kichcha Sudeep declines state award for best actor Kichcha Sudeep has been announced for his performance in 'Pailwaan'. However, he refused to accept the award and clarified his decision through a letter. Sudeep said, "My heartfelt thanks to the jury and the state government for this honour. But, I have decided not to accept the awards for many years. There are many actors who have dedicated their heart to art and they should get this honour." I am happy that the award corporation has recognised his performance. "I am confident that the jury and the state government will support my decision," Sudeep said in his letter.
