Kalaranga mourns the death of Sridhar Nayak - Deep pain in the world of serials

The news of the passing away of popular television actor Shridhar Naik has left a lot of grief in the hearts of the people. Sridhar, who was just 47 years old, had been suffering from severe illness for the past six months. The massive change in his health and the pictures of his last days are now going viral on social media. Sridhar, who became a household name with his performances in more than 40 serials like 'Paaru', 'Mangala Gowri', 'Vadhu', 'Maneye Mantralaya' and many more, has also appeared in a few kannada films including 'Max'. He had also acted in Tamil films.

His last days were filled with a shadow of sorrow. Sridhar, who was severely suffering from the infection, had changed due to unclear health. Within a few months, he had to change beyond detection from a healthy person. Though he was admitted to The Baptist Hospital in Bengaluru and was undergoing treatment, he could not win against death in the end. Financially weak, he had asked for help for treatment. Even though several artists, friends, fans did their best to help, they could not be saved in the end.

Sridhar's demise is an irreparable loss to the television world. His tributes have been pouring in from friends, co-stars and fans. In this sad moment, photographs of his last days are disturbing because of the prayer that "this should not happen to even enemies".
