"Sudeep, Darshan are in line for producers; I will give a chance to new talents – Pushpa Arun Kumar"

Rocking Star Yash's mother Pushpa Arun Kumar's statement in an interview has opened the way for a new debate in the Kannada film industry. By producing his debut film 'Kottalavadi' under his own PA Productions banner, he has stepped into the shoes of a producer. Speaking to the media on the occasion, he expressed his views on the future of Yash, Sudeep, Darshan and Kannada film industry.

Yash needs a budget of Rs 2000 crore! "Yash has now made a name for himself at the inter-caste level. A small budget is not enough to make his comeback film. His film requires a budget of Rs 2000 crore. Because people now don't just look at the story, they see diligence, mockery, consideration. You need that level of story, you need technology, you need making," said Pushpa Arun Kumar.

"There are a lot of people in our industry who give money to stars like Yash, Sudeep and Darshan to make films. But there is no one who gives a chance to newcomers. I am working now with the goal of becoming a platform for new talent. 'Kottalavadi' is the starting point for that," he clarified. Produced by Pushpa Arun Kumar, 'Kottalavadi' is directed by Sriraj and actor Prithvi Ambar is the mask of the film. Prithvi will be seen in a rugged look in the film, which is expected to be watched by the audience. It has a complete rural storyline and the team is confident of winning the hearts of the audience.

"Our brother (Dr. Rajkumar) has always been a golden name in Kannada cinema. A personality like him is needed now. Today's generation should learn and work with patience," pushpa said. Pushpa Arun Kumar, who has over 25 years of experience in the film industry, is now moving forward with the determination to share what she has learnt with the new generation of Kannada cinema. The platform he is offering through PA Productions is a bright direction for the future of Kannada cinema.
