Geetha Shivarajkumar's efforts to bring about a change for the children of Shaktidhama
Geetha Shivarajkumar, who took charge of Shaktidhama after the death of Parvathamma Rajkumar, has taken a special lead in imparting skill education to the children there. To avoid going for daily wages in the summer, Geeta has started teaching baking to children. Geeta, who has started baking classes for children during the summer vacation, has been teaching this skill to students from Class VII to X. This training has instilled confidence in the children and some older children are already getting salary offers of Rs 20,000-25,000. Geetha plans to sell these bakery items online and use the proceeds for the welfare of the children of Shaktidham.
