‘Sitaare Zameen Par’: Free screening for specially-abled children at ‘Veeresh’ cinema

Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh starrer heart-touching film 'Sitare Zameen Par', at 'Veeresh' theatre on Magadi Road in Bengaluru, saw a free screening for children suffering from Down syndrome and autism.
The special event was organised on June 24 and the film was screened with the aim of instilling hope in the minds of children, said Kushal L.C., owner of the film. and facilitator B.H. Ullas Gowda said.
The film is directed by R.S. Prasanna, who was critically acclaimed, was present at the special screening of the film. Harish and many others were present. Recently, President Draupadi Murmu had also appreciated the film.
