Action Prince Dhruva Sarja accused of 3.5 crore fraud – Clarification from close circle

Kannada film industry's action prince Dhruva Sarja has been accused of cheating him of Rs 3.15 crore. Based on a complaint filed by director Raghavendra Hegde, an FIR has been registered at Amboli police station in Mumbai.
Director Raghavendra Hegde has said that he paid Rs 3.15 crore to Dhruva Sarja from 2018 to 2021, which he gave as advance for the production of the film. However, he alleged that the actor did not fulfill his acting commitments and did not pursue the film. According to Raghavendra Hegde, Dhruva Sarja had scripted the film Soldier and had accepted the money even before signing the contract. He also bought an apartment with this money.
Reacting to the allegations, a close aide of Dhruva Sarja said that the advance money was paid eight years ago. There were frequent meetings on the subject of cinema and there was a discussion on whether to make a film based on the story of soldiers. On June 8, Raghavendra Hegde came and met the team and spoke to them. He was of the opinion that the film should be made in Tamil or Telugu instead of Kannada. But Dhruva Sarja's team suggested that Kannada should be given priority.
Raghavendra Hegde refused to accept the suggestion and sent a notice from a Mumbai court on June 10. The reply was given by Dhruva Sarja's team on June 15. Talks are currently underway between the lawyers of the two. As the case is going through the legal route, the truth will be revealed in the coming days. But the case has sparked a big debate among Dhruva Sarja's fans.
