Darshan's bail hearing postponed – verdict set for July 24!

The Supreme Court is expected to pronounce its verdict today on the cancellation of bail of actor Darshan and other accused in the Renukaswamy murder case. However, the hearing was adjourned to July 24 as senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Darshan, was absent.
Siddharth Dave argued on behalf of Darshan in the court. The bench, however, took exception to the proceedings of the bail order passed by the high court and asked the lawyers of both the parties to file written arguments. They have also been asked to submit documents of old cases against Darshan.
The hearing was heard by Justice J.B. Pardiwala and R. Now that the verdict has been postponed, the Darshan gang has got a temporary breather. However, July 24 will be a crucial day to decide their future.
