Shock for D Gang! Police appeal to fast track court – Preparations to complete trial in 6 months

The accused, including Darshan and Pavithra Gowda, who are back in jail in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case, are in a tight spot. The police are preparing to appeal to the government for setting up of a fast-track court to try the case expeditiously.
Recently, the Supreme Court had cancelled the bail of the accused and asked them to complete the trial and submit a report within six months. Sources said the police are likely to hold discussions with the law department and submit a memorandum to the government on Monday itself.
The Supreme Court on Friday cancelled the bail granted to seven persons, including A-1 Pavithra Gowda and A-2 actor Darshan, in the Renukaswamy murder case in Chitradurga. As immediate arrest was ordered, the accused were sent to Parappana Agrahara jail after medical examination. Now that the trial starts in the fast-track court, the D gang is sure to face more trouble.
