Darshan, Pavithra Gowda face off in court after 6 months

Darshan and Pavithra Gowda will face each other for the first time in six months on January 10 at the CCH 57 court in Bengaluru in connection with the renukaswamy murder case. All the accused will appear before the court on the condition that they appear before the court every month in case of bail. Earlier, Darshan and Pavithra had come face-to-face only through video conferencing during the court proceedings. D. On May 13, the Karnataka High Court had granted bail to the seven accused and imposed restrictions on them to move out of Bengaluru. While granting bail, the accused were granted bail on the ground of violation of arrest rules as they did not have criminal antecedents.
