Sessions Court, Supreme Court – Legal pressure on Darshan gang from both sides

Actor Darshan, Pavithra and other accused in the Renukaswamy murder case appeared before the 57th Sessions Court in Bengaluru on August 11. The court posted the matter for further hearing on September 9.
The trial date in this case was expected to be fixed today. The apex court had also reserved its order on the bail plea in the case and asked the government how many days it would complete the trial. The government's counsel had promised to complete the trial within six months.
At the charge frame stage, there will be arguments in the court on the sections under which the charges will be framed. Thus, the sessions court trial for Darshan and the gang and the Supreme Court bail hearing – an atmosphere of anxiety has been created on both sides.
