'132-page chargesheet vs Darshan' – New twist in murder case
The Supreme Court on Friday granted conditional bail to 17 accused, including Sandalwood actor Darshan and Pavithra, in connection with the brutal murder of Renuka swamy.
ACP Chandan has submitted a 132-page additional chargesheet to the Supreme Court, which states that the photos of Darshan in the shed, along with new evidence, and information recovered in the data lab are important.
The plea seeking cancellation of bail against the main accused, including Darshan, will now come up for hearing after July 14 after the summer vacation. Though Darshan is temporarily out, the court's verdict will be crucial in the next hearing.
